To claim on your warranty or guarantee, you must raise a ticket with us so that we can investigate the issue further.

These are the steps you must take:

  1. Create a ticket in our ticketing system by clicking here
  2. Set the Enquiry Type on the ticket
    • If you purchased from our website direct, select Faulty Item (Bought from Sealskinz)
    • If you purchased from a retailer or anywhere else, select Faulty Item (Bought from Retailer)
  3. Fill in the required fields and send the ticket to us - we will forward this onto the relevant department if not bought directly from Sealskinz.
